We’ve been improving the health and wellbeing of older people, disabled people and those with health conditions throughout King’s Lynn and West Norfolk since 1999. We are constantly trying to ensure that we are delivering the best possible services and it is important to us to know what our customers think about us, our services and the way we deliver them.
At Care & Repair we strive to give the best possible service and take all comments from our clients and try to use them to continually improve. We ask all our clients to complete a satisfaction survey at the end of all works and have a 96% satisfaction rating of excellent or good from the responses, with 99% saying they would recommend the agency to others (figures based on 2015/2016 satisfaction survey).
