Established in 1999, Care and Repair West Norfolk is the local Home Improvement Agency (HIA) for King’s Lynn and West Norfolk.
We are committed to enabling anyone with disabilities, older people and those on low incomes, to live independently in their own homes in comfort, warmth and safety.
We aim to provide a high quality, cost-effective service which will help to improve housing conditions and in turn, keep people living safely in their own homes for as long as possible.
Working in partnership with statutory and voluntary agencies as well as the private sector, Care & Repair also aims to help people avoid falls, reduce hospital admissions, avoid or delay admissions into care homes and help to increase the take up of benefits.
The main aim of the Home Improvement Agency is to help clients to adapt and repair their homes.
